Aseltine School Donation

On Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, we were able to donate the requested instruments and accessories to Aseltine School with the $850 raised from the benefit concert. The donation included a Cordoba Acoustic-Electric Guitar, Orange Crush Amplifier, Cordoba Humidified Hardshell Guitar Case, and Fender guitar-amp cable. This helped them launch their very first music program with classes for students!

In-Person Benefit Concert for Aseltine School

On Saturday, September 17th, 2022, we hosted an in-person benefit concert with 8 talented pianists at the Carmel Valley Public Library to raise funds to buy instruments and accessories for Aseltine School. The event was also recorded on Youtube Live for viewers to watch virtually.

Aseltine School educates at-risk youth from kindergarten to 12th grade with severe emotional disturbances and learning disabilities. After the school was established in 1968 and recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization, they strove to aid students whose needs could not be met in regular public schools. Virtual Benefit Concert For Monarch School

On August 14th, 2021, we hosted a virtual benefit piano concert to buy instruments for the Monarch School, a K-12 school in which children without homes are provided with the stability and safety they need to learn and flourish. Their mission is to "nurture resilience in unhoused youth and their families to empower students to influence their own growth in the areas of academic success and social emotional learning." With these funds, we were able to purchase 23 instruments for The Chrysalis, Monarch's new arts center: 20 MEINL Synthetic Compact Junior djembes and 3 Mitchell Soprano ukuleles.
